Conservation Easement and Green Building Guidelines Protect the Land
Our vision is to protect and enhance the natural beauty of our land and to create a friendly yet private community for our residents. We've done this by creating "green" guidelines for homebuilding and preserving much of the property in a conservation easement.

Instead of pursuing a traditional subdivision, we opted to limit the number of lots on our property to just seven:

- Lot 6 = Wes and Joanne Perrin
- Lot 7 = UNDER CONTRACT
Hawks Haven Homeowners' Association (HOA)
As a member of Hawks Haven, you would own your own lot and jointly own the remaining property with other members. Each lot owner is a one-seventh member of the Hawks Haven HOA. Property and rights held in common by the HOA include:
- Irrigation rights (for watering community garden and individual gardens/landscapes)
- Road maintenance (plowing, grading and repairing)
- 20 acres of protected land, including community garden and creek side habitat
- access to 22 acres of conserved land owned by Hawks Haven and a neighbor
We assess a homeowners' association fee to cover the above monthly. Right now we expect that to be $50 per month.
