A Green Neighborhood Dedicated to Sustainability and Permaculture

Conservation Easement and Green Building Guidelines Protect the Land

Deer and other wildlife frequently visit the Hawks Haven property. Here are two visitors with Mt. Lamborn in the background.

Our vision is to protect and enhance the natural beauty of our land and to create a friendly yet private community for our residents. We've done this by creating "green" guidelines for homebuilding and preserving much of the property in a conservation easement.

Unique Western Slope Real Estate

Hawks Haven offers you a unique real estate opportunity on the Western Slope of Colorado:

Nature Lover's Dream

Hawks Haven guarantees recreational opportunities and beautiful views. How? BLM public land surrounds us on two sides and our own conservation easement borders a third side. We're practically surrounded by open land that cannot be developed!

Only Two Lots Left!

Instead of pursuing a traditional subdivision, we opted to limit the number of lots on our property to just seven:

Lot 1 = for sale
Lot 2 = Chip, Sara & kids
Lot 3 = Jeff
Lot 4 = Hal & Allison
Lot 5 = Dave & daughter
Lot 6 = Wes and Joanne Perrin
Lot 7 = UNDER CONTRACT

Hawks Haven Homeowners' Association (HOA)

As a member of Hawks Haven, you would own your own lot and jointly own the remaining property with other members. Each lot owner is a one-seventh member of the Hawks Haven HOA. Property and rights held in common by the HOA include:

We assess a homeowners' association fee to cover the above monthly. Right now we expect that to be $50 per month.
